Exchanges and Return Policy
You can exchange and return most items purchased from Gelani Mart within 7 days of purchase, Provided that the item is in its 100% original condition, with all tags and packaging attached. To exchange and return an item, simply bring it to any Gelani Mart location and present your receipt.

Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

• Perishable items, such as frozen items 
• Items that have been used, unsealed or damaged
• Items that are custom-made or special-ordered
• Items that are on sale or clearance
